What is the return policy?
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for ready-stock items. As most items were released some time ago, after-sales support from the studio may no longer be available. Kindly purchase at your own discretion.
When will I get my order?
We will process and ship your order as soon as your shipping fee invoice has been paid. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 5–7 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected:
- Air shipment: approximately 15 days
- Sea shipment: approximately 30–45 days (subject to variation)
How can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Order cancellations are allowed; However, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancelled orders.
